2006

University Founded

IUM was established to meet the growing need for authentic Islamic scholarship in North America.

2010

Graduate Programs Launched

Introduction of Master's and PhD programs in Islamic Studies and Arabic Language.

2015

Online Campus Expansion

Launched comprehensive distance learning platform, expanding reach to global student body.

2023

New Headquarters

Prof. Dr. Walid bin Idris Al-menisi

Founder / University President

Dr. Walid Al-menisi oversees the intellectual, theological, and strategic trajectory of IUM, ensuring the high preservation of classical methodologies while maintaining active modern research benchmarks.

Professors and lecturers are carefully vetted and selected by President Walid Al-menisi. A strict scholastic peer review ensures each module complies with moderate Ahl-as-Sunnah methodology.
